Visited the feeding station at bradley wood monday 4th

2 bramblings intermittantly female + male starting to look very nice indeed they really are superb looking birds.

Terry Whalin

This very sensible and serious posting is especially for Stuart Britton, whom last night gave and excellant talk and slide show about ringing in lincolnshire to grimsby rspb group, and also a slight ear bending about banter on this forum.
Still at least he did not win the quiz :D
Thanks Stuart ta much

In reply to Stuart's " slight ear bending about banter on the forum" that does not surprise me in the least.

I nealy dropped in to try and see the Brambling yesterday afternoon when on my way to Walham, but decided against it as there seemed to be an amount of work going on next to the feeding stations

Male Brambling still visiting my garden on a daily basis since 29 Jan.

With 10 or so Chaffinches, although more inclined to use feeders than they are.

Possible female seen again but does not leave dense cover.

Visitors by appointment (No admission charges).

Bob

P.S. First Goldfinch of the year today!
