Reported today at 4.25pm Cattle Egret - at Howdales near Skidbrooke 11th March 2008 Sent in by Gary Edwards - he is assuming its the legbourne bird but did seem tired and kept quartering the same bit of field as if looking for something'........ I have contact details if required Regards Andrew |

Birdguides is showing this report as "Sudbrooke" (just NE of Lincoln,off the A158 ) not "Skidbrooke, and giving a Sudbrooke Map Reference. Regards, Freddy PS. I went to the Sudbrooke Map Ref this afternoon at 4pm but there was no sign of the bird. |

PPS I now believe Birdguides to be wrong as I have now found Howdales on the map near Skidbrooke N. Lincs. Regards, Freddy |
