Adult European White-fronted Goose at Baston & Langtoft Pits today, in the fields by the crossroads with Greylags. It appears to be the bird seen at Rutland Water on 14th February 2008, although I am awaiting further opinions from Rutland birders. Josh |

Still present today, also 3 Ruddy Shelducks at the NW end of the complex on private land. 2 Little Egrets in the area of note. Josh |
