A Raven drifting SW over the garden this afternoon was obviously a major new garden tick. The familiar Krupp Krupp call put me onto it in time to grab my ( allways at the ready)binoculars from their post in the middle of the garden and after seeing only Rooks and Carrion Crows for the last year it was the tail shape that struck me the most. That and it's size. |
