It would appear that from watching Springwatch (and swooning my proverbial assets off over Simon King in the process..... GOD, he's hot this year!), Bill Oddie has provided clarification regarding somewhat hyperactive and vigorous birdsong I've frequently heard from the flood dykes and drains on my recent walks around Westgate Woods' periphery.
With his information now come to light, my Life List has gone up to 144 with Reed Warbler - recognised it straight off when it was mentioned this week!
