7am-12 noon-Very cloudy, cool and dull, then got caught in heavy rain( I was at Chowder when it started so a long wet walk back) :evil: Why does the sun never shine when you see lots of birds within easy reach of your camera???? :x



Blackcap 6 (including a family of four) Young observed being fed by Dad :D
Ruddy Duck 2
Reed Warbler- at least 7
Reed Bunting 9 (5m4f)

Willow Warbler 2
Kingfisher 1

Lots Swifts and Swallows
Oystercatcher 3
Whitethroat 3
Little Grebe 2
Sedge Warbler 3
Jackdaw 3
Carrion Crow 2

Meadow Pipit 7
Yellowhammer 2
Grey Heron 1
Skylark 4
Common Tern 2
Linnet 6

I was greeted at Chowder by two Wren fledglings that were very confiding and stayed around me for a good 40 mins as I sat on the bank :D :D :D
