Only a couple of hours from 6am, much too windy and bleak! Highlights: 1"purring" Turtle Dove 2 Chiffchaff 4 Blackcap 5 Reed Warbler 3 Common Tern 2 Grey Heron 4 Reed Bunting (3m1f) 5 Ringed Plover 2 Oystercatcher 2 Pied Wagtail 2 Meadow Pipit 6 Skylark 11 Yellowhammer (all in same flock) 6 Greenfinch Large Flock c30 Goldfinch 4 Linnet 4 Lapwing Lots Swifts, Swallow and House Martin 1 Whitethroat Mandy |
