Thursday morning. Manby Flashes. 9 green sand, 3 redshank, 5 snipe, 1 little egret. Looking very good, especially if 'summer' continues as it is.
Huttoft car terrace. 1 little tern north. 2 gillies and an unexpected puffin north.
Several small groups of dunlin south. 1 common and about 30 sandwich terns on the beach.
Nothing large seen at Huttoft pit, which was just accessible from the south with the permission of a tarmac gang who have closed off the road north of the car terrace for some time. Cheers. Rick and Andy
