TIME: 14.20 - 16.50
WEATHER: Sunny, cloudy, 2 showers and warm.
TIDE: Far out, with foam crests on them given the strength of the wind.
STAR PERFORMER: Gotta be my latest patch tick.
I've never seen a KESTREL at Freiston before today when I saw a female that was hunting over the banks near the breaches and over the wetland too. It was there throughout my visit, and at one point I got extremely close to it, possibly less than 9 metres! I got absolutely CRACKING views through the bins. Swooping, pouncing, hovering etc... ooh, I got spine tingles!!!!!
