Good numbers of terns on the high tide this morning with around 400 'Commic' Terns (all those that came close enough to be identified were Commons) and 180 Sandwich. Also 4 Black Terns flew up Saltfleet Haven and then back out and south towards Rimac. Three Arctic Skua were with the terns. Steady passage of Swifts from 0830 to 1030 with 72 going south. 9 Whimbrel and 31 Teal also seen. In the bushes 20 Willow Warblers and a Sedge Warbler. James |

New migrants today 20.8. included 5 Spotted Flycatchers and a Whinchat. 850 Swallows, many heading south, by 1015am along with 45 Swifts. A Hobby went north. James |
