Frampton Marsh RSPB

3 hours this morning produced the following:

Reservoir

Ruddy Shelduck 8 - flew in at c.08.50, later flushed by farm tractor and flew towards the salt marsh
Wigeon 78
Green Sandpiper 1
Little Owl 1

Reserve

Meadow pipit 500+
Tree Pipit 1
Yellow wag 40+
Slav Grebe 1 still on the sea bank pool
Linnet 200+
Goldfinch 200+
Swallow 100+
Sand Martin 4
Wheatear 2
Willow warbler 3

Not quite Gib Pt totals, but still a substantial number of passerines, probably underestimates in view of the amount of cover now available for the finches and pipits.
