Walked from South Parade, Skeg, via Outer Dunes, North end of Gib and Seacroft Golf Course Highlights were a Barred Warbler which showed well for a couple of minutes feeding in Elder bush 400m south of Gib north boundary and a Yellow Browed Warbler in sycamores at north end of Seacroft Golf course. Also seen: Goldcrest 40+ Swallow 8 House Martin 12 Stonechat 8 Redpoll 50+ S Siskin 30+ S Goldfinch 30+ S Linnet 40 Brambling 8S Redwing 4 Robin 40+ Kingfisher 1 Green Woodpecker 1 G S Pecker 1 Whitethroat 3 Lesser Throat 4 Chiffchaff 2 Redstart 5 Wheatear 3 Reed Bunt 12 Mipit 60+ Regards Nige |

Fairly similar at Saltfleetby Theddlethorpe n n r, spent 6 hours birding from Rimac to Brickyard Ln, highlights were, 3 yellow browed warblers 1 firecrest, 1 probable icterine(seen only briefly) 3 pied and 4 spot flys 1 red breasted fly, 1 kingfisher south, 7 redstarts, 3 stonechats, 4 brambling, c180 goldcrests, c100 robins, scattered siskins and redpolls, song thrushes, redwings,passage of mipits,5 chiffchaffs, 5 lesserthroats, 2 blackcaps, the only BOPs were 2 sparrowhawks, a most enjoyable day , cheers John. |

Saw 3 unknown to me, c500m north of me walking north from Rimac. but i rarely see birders south of Rimac other than Pete Cox (a local) |
