Sea watch 08:30 to 13:15, light SW wind:- Red-throated Diver 5 on sea and 1 N Black-throated Diver 1 on sea Great Crested Grebe 3 on sea Gannet 77, mainly N (38 adults) Pink-footed Goose 35 N & 230 S Brent Goose 1 N Shelduck 6 S Teal 1 N Common Scoter 2 N Eider 4 S (2 males) Ringed Plover 4 on beach Grey Plover 3 N Sanderling 11 on beach Bar-tailed Godwit 3 on beach Redshank 1 S Turnstone 1 on outfall Arctic Skua 2 dark phase, 1 N & 1 S Long-tailed Skua 1 juv S Bonxie 1 S Mediterranean Gull 1 adult blogging Sandwich Tern 2 N & 3 S Guillebill 2 N Skylark 6 in off With Rick Bennett and Dean Nicholson |
