1 female Peregrine watched virtually all afternoon-from Duck hide,(14.45-16.45)continually flying just above and below tree line between manton and twigmoor and vice versa,mobbed a buzzard,chased by a crow.almost certainly adult.scoped a few times.Would have been brilliant from Manton footpath. Also possible Red kite seen very briefly over wood but lost behind trees,so manton footpath a good bet for a visit,thou weather not good tuesday. Regards, Roger. |
