Post subject:  North East Lincs: 21.12

Humberston Fitties: 11.30 x 12.45 very windy and cold.

Pools - 3 juv and 1 adult Turnstone [within 15 feet], 3 Little Grebe plus the usual.

Foreshore - female Peregrine, 38 Twite, 13 Turnstone plus Redshank, Curlew, Oyks, Dunlin, Lapwing, Cormorant, Shelduck and Black-tailed Godwit.

North Killingholme Pits: high tide

Black-tailed Godwit - 204
Curlew - 16
Shoveler - 23
Redshank - 33
Moorhen - 3
Grey Heron - 3
Fieldfare - 1
GBB Gull - 1
Ruff - 1
Common Snipe - 1
Mallard - 26
Teal - 11
Lapwing - 31
Comorant - 1
Water Rail - 1 [heard]

East Halton Skitter: mid to late afternoon

Tree Sparrow - 47
Golden Plover - c400 [over]

Saxby Top - Redwing over

Called at Worlaby on way home but no sign of anything except two birders :wink:
