To start it was foggy down below but in places the sky was blue!

Greylag - 475 [ including two leucistic I presume, they had an orange bill but the rest of them was white or near enough, never seen these before, so I could be wrong calling them leucistic, but checked all my field guides]

Water Rail - 1 [watched for ten minutes in far corner]

One dead gull and one dead goose on the long spit on Duck Lake.

In recording log today read that someone had seen 3 BARNACLE GEESE and 1 Pinkie, these must have kept out my way :wink: .

On my last visit managed to lose one of my thermal gloves, thankfully someone had placed it in the box in Duck Hide, so Thanks!

Quite a few people there considering the day. Met a couple from Pontefract and three others from Belton, and later Mal. Really enjoyed the day! :D Also enjoyed my flask of tea and chicken sarnies> :lol:
