A Barn Owl that was found dead in a farmyard at Owmby near Searby in October 2011
had been ringed as a nestling at Little Hatfield in East Yorkshire on July 1st 2011.
It was one of two chicks in the nest.
The bird was appprox. 39 kilometres from its ringing site when it was found.
