15/11/10 Dead barn owl with British Museum ring found A15 next to Lincolnshire Showground Ring number is GC 97524 Details sent to Euring but thought someone may be involved on this site with this ringed bird Ian Birch |

Hi Ian, This bird was ringed on 28/7/2010 as a nestling at Cherry Willingham by Donna Staples of the Mid-Lincs Ringing Group. Thanks for submitting the details to the BTO via Euring. Just for your and others infromation, any British Museum ring can be reported direct to the BTO. Go to http://www.bto.org and then to "Ringing Scheme" on the drop down list. You will find "Report a Ringed Bird" for your details. |
