One of the Waxwings currently at Tentacroft St in Lincoln is colour ringed. It would appear that this bird may be 'El Waxwing' as the colour combination on the left leg is red/yellow/red (Spanish colours!). I'm waiting for confirmation from Raymond Duncan but if so, this bird was ringed in Ballater in Deeside on Oct 30th and photographed seven days later in Dunfermline. Watch this space!
