Just wondered if anybody actively looks for rings on Brent Geese. I have seen three at Frampton recently; one had never been seen in Britain before, one just once five years ago, and the other Toby has seen regularly at Frampton. All ringed in Siberia with lots of sightings in The Netherlands.

Not as easy as godwits though.

Ed Mackrill and I have been recording them since 1985/6 when Andrew st Joseph was ringing them in Uk, have not recorded one this year even though looking when legs visible.
