Had a female Pochard yesterday at Kirkby Pits with a blue/turquoise band around its upper mandible with 94A inscribed on it in black,have since spoke to Alec Parker about the record and he informs me that he thinks the same bird was recorded there last year,and had originated in France.I would be very gratefull for any info. on this bird.
