| Post subject: | Mob the Stoat. |
Whilst watching at Job's Lane pit this morning I was alerted by the sound of Lapwing alarm calls. A Stoat was running along the edge of the pit and 2 Lapwings and a Ringed Plover were mobbing it, "dive bombing" and calling loudly. The Stoat ran off into thick undergrowth and the Lapwings went back to their displaying. |
