Tonight as I was putting the bin out caught sight of an Hedgehog, not seen one in garden for two years.

About twenty years ago had a pair nesting in the compost heap, they had young but can't remember how many.

And about fifteen years ago heard a strange grunting noise in front garden, only to find a pair mating.

Made my day!

I've seen so many this year laid at side of road as a result of getting hit by traffic

Today the 18th saw a dead Hedgehog on Scotter Road.
