Have you all heard about the culling of the Roe Deer? Well actaully it's pretty much every deer that they are culling but it's apparently suppose to help the bird life so. |

There was a group of six roe deer in Sempringham Fen at about 5pm on Thursday 26th Feb. I've seen the odd one or two in the fen before but never a group like this! They were aware of me watching them but in no great hurry to get away. In fact it was quite an eventful journey driving up the fen from the Donnington direction, seeing a barn owl and a short eared owl hunting and these deer standing in the field opposite my house!
