Moth-trap (15w actinic lamp over Skinner trap) out in garden overnight produced about 25 species including:
Double square-spot 1
Lychnis 1
Wormwood pug 1
Thistle Ermine 1
Short-cloaked moth 1
Foxglove Pug 1
Barred Straw 2
Marbled minor type 3
Cinnabar 1
Large Yellow underwing 1
Buff Ermine 4
Dark Arches 8
Mottled Rustic 4
Bramble shoot moth 1
Yellowshell 2
Plus batch of micros still to be identified.
Will try MV lamp again soon if dry overnight and neighbours away!
