Confirmation just received from Martin Gray that a moth trapped at light in Ivy Wood, part of CFW, by myself and Charlie Barnes last Friday night was a Devon Carpet. This is the first record for this moth in the county of Lincolnshire. Many thanks to Martin for checking the genitalia, wish I had such steady hands! Also thanks to the Forestry Commission for inviting us in |
