Long Strip Wood, Immingham Dock
After the disappointment of only seeing 2 a few days ago during cloudy
conditions, at least 10 White-letter Hairstreaks performing really well this morning, mainly in the tops of the ash and oak that surround one of the main areas of elm.

Other species seen included the following:

Red Admiral - 1
Comma - 1
Speckled Wood - 2
Large White - 2
Small White - 1
Green-veined White - 3
Ringlet - 7
Meadow Brown - 1
Gatekeeper - 1

Regards

Dave
