Long Strip Wood, Immingham Dock
12.35-13.15
My first White-letter Hairstreaks of the year today at this traditional site. A total of at least 11 seen flying around various patches of Elm during brief spells of sunshine. Other butterflies noted included:
Red Admiral - 1
Small Tortoiseshell - 1
Large Skipper - 1
Large White - 1
Small White -3
Green-veined White - 1
Ringlet - 8
Speckled Wood - 5
