11-8-13. Chambers farm wood.
Large white, GV white and small white.
large and small skipper.
Brimstone
Speckled wood.
Meadow brown.
Gatekeeper.
Ringlet.
White admiral.
Red admiral.
Painted lady.
Comma.
Peacock.
Small tortoiseshell.
Small copper.
Purple hairstreak.
2 White letter hairstreak
1 Female brown hairstreak
1 Silver washed fritillary

Snakeholme Pit.
Common blue
Brown argus
Another silver washed frit on buddleia.

Redhill.
Small heath.

It looks as though Silver-Washed Fritillaries have manged to increase their range from Southery Woods to Snakeholme and Chambers in a very short time!!

Chambers farm wood. 18-8-13. Clouded yellow.by the afternoon they must have been reaching double figures.
also another worn male chalkhill blue in the meadow opposite Little scrubs meadow.
