Post subject:  BC Lincolnshire Branch Open Day and AGM - Sunday 29th July

Congratulations to Chairman John Spring and the Committee for an excellent day at Chambers Farm Wood. The attractive Butterfly Garden, exhibitions, information desks, catering facilities and a "potted"moth display(52 species obtained on Saturday night 28th July by Toby Ludlow and team) added to the interest and enjoyment. The butterfly walks in sunny weather at 11am and 2pm led by Derek Fox,Peter Cawdell and Dave Wright were well attended and good numbers of butterflies were seen, including White Admiral,Marbled White,Purple Hairstreak, White-letter Hairstreak,Brown Argus and the three Skippers.
Many thanks to the organising team for a great day.

Regards,

Freddy
