Which List?

As I was leaving for work at lunchtime today (I like to sleep in late) a Peregrine flew along the street, nice and low, not a care in the world. The big problem now is which list or lists to I add this to. I'll start with; garden list, street list, Louth list, green list, birds seen on way to work list, birds seen without optical aid list. There must be a few more.......

Having checked John Clarkson's excellent "Birds of Louth", this is only the second record of Peregrine in Louth.

Nice one, home lunchtime list and a work lunchtime list, plus a weekend lunchtime list, lots of possibilities.....

Healthy or Junk Food lunch lists. Organic lunch time list. Or what about a skipped lunch list.

And what about Breakfast, Brunch, Elevenses, Dinner, Supper, and between meal snack lists!

Soon there will be more lists than birds on them.

I have rough legged buzzard come in of the sea while takiung a leek at filey country park. TRUE
I will ponder a while to how i shall title this list. :lol:

The birds seen while taking a leak list. I think many of us have one of those :lol:

mine includes my first western Bonelli's Warbler in the Camargue (pee list that is)----no another good list to have would be birds which you have indentified by call without having seen them first;

often wondered what sort of day list I could get in May if I walked around blindfolded for the day---driving could be tricky though

Brother that's a tough one.

some obvious ones come to mind immediately, you are a lot better at calls than me but i will try , here goes. worldwide n/zealand comes to mind straight away,
kokako that beautiful mournful soul haunting song
brown and lesser spot kiwi's
capachin bird - venezuala all sorts of obvious things like that.

England
wood warbler
dartford
nightingale
nightjar
tawny owl etc
great spot/lesser peckers
mostly birds with distinctive calls alarm or otherwise, i suppose i am fortunate in still having excellent hearing at my age ( still hear bats ) but have trouble with memory. This makes me think a lot about sedge/reed blackcap/garden warbs when they first arrive in the spring.

biggest bird on my seen while having a pee list is Great Bustard. Must have been the excitement of it all. :oops:

Mine was a flock of golden oriole and 2 rollers in Lesbos (2 seperate wee's!) :oops:

I once saw my first Red Kite while having a c**p on Dawson City at Goxhill Haven,i've never moved so quick in my life,so this is on my dump list!
