The first winter male Waxing at Gib Point today brought my Green, Low-carbon species list for the year to 233 BOU / 237 Lincs list. Not much of a day to be pushing pedals but, apart from a couple of Twite at Chapel Pt last week, new species for the list aren't appearing too often so every chance has to be taken. I have only 2 weeks left before heading off to Peru so if anybody finds a tickable Whitefront or Bean Goose or a Glaucous or Iceland Gull please let me know - that's apart from any rarities!!
Thanks - Edmund

Did you opt for chest waxing or another part of the body?

Surely you're not suggesting that Ed is a back, sack and crack man are you? It might explain the speed at which he cycles!

Ha Ha - well spotted - eyes full of grit from the 35 mph wind and rain. I wish I was still a first winter male though!!!
