Juvenile Sparrowhawk standing on the top of the privet surveying the 'bank balance' of our garden and a couple of others!

The same sparrowhawk decided to perch on our birdbath today, and swoop around a lot...... and it was joined by a second juvenile in a tree in an adjacent garden!

Not sure how far you are away from Tescos Katherine, but i saw a Barn Owl flying around the back of there the other night, i guess going along the South Forty Foot Drain towards Boston. Maybe another one for the garden list if you keep a look out late on...
