Pete Haywood had a glimpse of it about three days ago. If it's nice weather on Friday morning Linda & I will go to look for it. I still need one for Lincs.

Thanks to Pete Haywood and John Shaughnessy for relocating this bird. I was able to see it this morning on the sunny edge of the large block of scrub south of the weather enclosure.

Obviously it has been in this area undetected since firts found by JPS a coupls of weeks ago.

Best bet is not to get too close to the scrub and locate bird when it calls.

Regards

Kev

Pete,
The 'Lincolnshire, Yorkshire & East Midlands Rare & Scarce Birds' DVD and the 'British Rarities' DVD are in fact one and the same.
This year it is a two-disc set with a current total running time of 197 minutes which is over an hour longer than any of my previous productions.
As soon as the year is out I will advertise locally but am hanging on just in case something good turns up in the last few days of December.
Surprising as it may seem the 2007 DVD already includes 23 entries from Lincolnshire!

Roy

I am not expecting to film the Dartford Warbler Pete, I would be more than happy to just see it, but you never know!

Roy.

Still present this morning, but elusive, between the Visitor Centre and Lill's Hut and the adjacent saltmarsh.

Good luck if you go for this rare county visitor - it was very cold today!

Regards,

Colin and Sheila
