Having a chat with a friend earlier over lunch who revealed that his grandfather used to be a Warden at Gib, he thinks it would have been up until the mid 80s , I don't recognize the name as I would only have been in my early teens and not a regular at Gib, but thought I would mention it as theres a good few of you that have been Gib stalwarts for decades.

I would be interested to hear from anyone who can remember him .

His name was Dougie Singleton

My first visits to Gib were in 1984 when Dick Lambert was the warden. However, I'm sure Barrie Wilkinson from the Lincs Trust would be able to help as he was connected with Gib before Pontious was a pilot!
