Hi Andy,

Hope you are well,

Re your request for info on the Raven article on the BBC website.

I visited the nest site as usual last week and was dismayed to find the nest that I have been monitoring for the past four years had completely disappeared !, not a single stick left in the tree, I have no idea what has happened here but it was a substantial structure that was well built close to the trunk of the tree and wouldn't have fallen out naturally.

I can find no evidence of Raven in the park either at the moment.

I reported the incident to Nige last week as a matter of course, I believe he issued a press release yesterday.

I had x2 Ravens at Belton on the 23rd April...

And prior to that I had 3 there on the 26th Jan
