I had another hour looking at the sea this afternoon, at slack low water, and in addition to what I saw with Nige this morning:
Brents - continuing to pass S in small flocks Bonxie - 3 N C Scoter - 36 s Long tailed Duck - 1s R.B.Merganser - 3 on sea R.T.Diver - 6 on sea G.N.Diver - no further sign Peregrine - 1 imm on sand bank eating prey
Also of interest this afternoon was a Pallas Warbler in Buckthorn - this could have been the bird that was ringed this morning but I couldn't get a decent view of the legs.
