The drake Ferruginous Duck has re-appeared on the Whisby Settlement Lagoons on Eagle Lane this afternoon (Friday) and is showing well. It was initially on the central pit but then flew onto the eastern pit.

Directions and viewing instructions as per my previous post.

Regards

Grahame

No sign of the Ferruginous Duck at Eagle Pits this morning, also no sign of the Whisby Yellow-legged Gull, although I know that it can go missing for quite long periods.

The drake Fudge Duck was back on the Whisby Settlement Lagoons on eagle Lane again today (Wednesday). Sorry Roy!

Unfortunately when missing it gets onto a private pit with no public access.

I haven't seen the Thorpe Lake Y-l Gull since last Saturday, but of interest Nick Tribe had two adults in the Larid roost at Apex last Sunday.

Regards

Grahame
