A bit of raptor passage this morning with an Osprey through at 0840 and 2-3 Marsh Harriers in-off plus a Common Buzzard, 2 Hobbies and 2 Sparrowhawks. Five Swifts through with a steady passage of hirundines. Also 10 Northern Wheatears.

Another Osprey today lingered for a while this morning. It was quite hard work covering the bushes in the fresh wind and just three Spotted Flys, 16 Willow Warblers and 7 Lesser Whitethroats were noted. Also a Common Buzzard sat on the beach by quad 3.
