Dear All,

Very sorry, the upgrade of the LBC Forum took longer than I thought, and was slightly interrupted by the inconvenience of having to go to work today!! Should all be working now, any issues please let me know ASAP....

Usernames and password should be unchanged, but email me if you have ANY issues logging on…..

Fingers crossed it will all run smoothly from now on :-)

Best Wishes

Andrew

I have turned this on (latest version of the software has this set to off by default(?), guessing it needs someone to post something before any posts appear? Let me know if it dosn't start working in a couple of days...

Andrew

Andrew,
Since the upgrading of the LBC Forum, some very weird typographical signs have introduced themselves into previously correctly typed posts.
eg :

Non-Lincs Birding Overseas

- Chris Grimshaw - Antigua -24 Nov 10
-Russell Hayes - Cyprus - 27 May 10
There must be other posts similarly affected.

I had to edit my 'Andalusia' -20 Oct 10 -post as some half a dozen weird typographical signs had appeared - mainly in place of an apostrophe.
There's probably a simple computer-speak explanation.

Regards,

Freddy

Hi andrew,

Just a minor point - at the top right of the page where it says "it is currently - date and time", it seems to be running an hour fast.

George.

Hi George,

I'm not sure where you live in Lincs, but here in Woodhall we're 3 hours behind LBC time....
