Had a rest day today,the weather was glorious so went up past bron y aur cottage(where led zeppelin wrote led zep 3)just outside machynlleth and sat on the hill,species seen we're
12 buzzard all together in the air
23 red kite as above!
1 peregrine
Pair displaying goshawks
1 kestrel
6 raven
Not a bad couple of hours,still haven't found a good local patch,ynys hir bit too far away,so have to make do with a walk around mach,which has parkland,fields,a few small copses,a river and some hills!
