Hi Rog,
So you got a pair at last, you won't regret it! Before I bought my pair which were recommended by Steve R and he also let me use his while we were at Troutsdale looking for the honey
.
I bought my pair from a firm at Gunness and had excellent service from the bins. I could have got them from Amazon but preferred to buy local at a much higher price, just in case anything went wrong it would have been much easier to take them back than pay lots for postage etc. Before purchasing them I tried out lots of diferent makes including Leica and for me the Opticron were by far the better ( I couldn't afford Leica anyway far too expensive for the likes of little old me).
Been thinking of maybe getting a midget scope.
Kind Regards
John
