Second time out this morning was much more productive than early Oct and reflected the big thrush influx this week.

Blackbird 35
Fieldfare 23
Redwing 11
Mistle Thrush 8
Starling 16

but still no Song Thrush.

Other species included

Kingfisher 1, just below Ticklepenny Lock
Jay 1 near Ticklepenny Lock, first time I've ever seen one in this area in 40 years!
Buzzard 2
Golden Plover 18 flew over headed south

If anyone is looking for a priority square in East Lincs, left there are still 10 left.
