Looking out of bedroom window at 3.00pm this afternoon looking across up towards beacon hill / hills and hollows grantham, I spotted either a SEO / or barn owl could not get positive id because of distance.

You beat me to it!!

Short-eared Owl - one seen 4.10 in same area as last winter (also seen by Dave Roberts).
Barn Owl - 3 - have been up to 4 regularly in recent weeks.

SEO - showing well viewed from footpath sign at top of Beacon Hill - 4.05pm

Barn Owl - plenty of activity - at least 2 birds.

SEO - showing well in area close to Hills & Hollows where new benches now installed. Seen 3.40 onwards & spoke to Dave Roberts who had
had a number of good sightings.
