Bittern seen to the left of the hide at 11:15 this morning before flying into reedbed on far side of pit opposite hide.

Was there again at approx 1.45pm and seen by my wife and another lady in the hide. Flew across and landed in the reed bed to the left of the hide.

Bittern was seen today on hide pit but roaming around, covering all reed beds . Photos to follow
