Yesterday, 22nd January, I had an abnormal amount of birds come to my feeder, presumably because of the snow. They included:

2 Blackbird (Male and Female)
3 Greenfinch
2 Goldfinch
10+ House Sparrows
2 Tree Sparrow
1 Pheasent (Male)
2 Chaffinch (Male and Female)
2 Blue Tit
1 Great Tit
1 Dunnock
1 Great-spotted Woodpecker (Male), he was at the peanut feeder
1 Coal Tit

This was all in the space of 10 minutes, around 1100.

Grid ref for this: TF 275 639

About 40 Waxwings briefly @ 4pm. Centre of village in tree on village green (triangle) and feeding in front gardens. Great end to a hard days work.
