A fifth Firecrest was in Beach Car Park showing well but then flew into the conifer trees out of site. This was roughly at the same time as the other 4 birds were observed.

Other bits:
Short-eared Owl 1
Chaffinch 500+ (south)
Brambling 20 (south)
Siskin 30 (south)
Wheatear 7 (on the saltmarsh near the beach, 1 'possible' Greenland bird present)
Jay 2 (screeching in the plantation this evening)
Sedge Warbler 1 (K.Wilson)
Redstart 1 (roadside near 'the hump') (K.Wilson)
