6th June 12.15pm

1 Spotted flycatcher in song and flycatching adjacent to the lake (north-east side) in small patch of woodland near carpark.
2 Grass snakes also this morning here

Still no sign of Spotted Flycatcher in my village - 5 pairs bred here a few years ago.
