I was appalled to see a fine pic by Dean Eades being claimed by another photographer as his own work on Facebook. However, this practice may become commonplace and legal; have a look at this article drawn to my attention by my son, a professional photographer, and causing great alarm in photographic circles:

There could have been 100 pacific swifts through Gib the day before it turned up in Suffolk - no-one was looking !
