A little drive round this morning from Cleethorpes to Horseshoe Point via Tetney Lock.
Highlights were:-
LITTLE GREBE x 3 in drain outside Oil Tanks REDWING x 1 (Tetney Lock) x 1 (Horseshoe) FIELDFARE x 10 (Horseshoe) MISTLE THRUSH x 1 (Tetney) x 4 (road down to Horseshoe) KESTREL x 2 (road down to Horseshoe) LITTLE EGRET x 5 (Horseshoe) TWITE x c20 (Horseshoe) LAPWING x 30+ (road to Horseshoe) BRENT GEESE x 150 (field before horseshoe) + 100s on Marsh GOLDEN PLOVER x 100+ (in fields) + many more flying around.
Plus usual Horseshoe regulars.
